ABOUT THE CHAPTERThe Stephen F. Austin Chapter has a long history of providing quality football officials to the high schools of East Texas. This chapter puts a very high emphasis on training its members using weekly meetings during the season and periodic clinics during the off-season. Because of this chapter's dedication to training, its members have worked higher levels in the Southwest Junior College Football Conference, the Southland Conference, the Western Athletic Conference, Conference USA, the Mountain West Conference, the Big 12 Conference and the National Football League. Excellence is expected.

FOOTBALL OFFICIALS NEEDED!
There is a nationwide shortage of men and women with the courage and character to become sports officials. There is no better time to get involved in becoming a "zebra". Officiating football gives you the opportunity to get back on the field and experience the thrill of the game all over again. It is very easy to get started.
